Malbat Terms and Conditions

These terms govern your use of the malbat platform. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any bets. By creating a malbat account you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to everything set out below.

You Must Be 18 or Older

Malbat is strictly for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to register and play. Malbat reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time and will close accounts where the age requirement is not met.

One Account Per Person

Each player is permitted one malbat account only. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances held pending review. If you have lost access to your account, contact malbat support — do not create a new one.

Withdrawals Go to Verified Accounts

Malbat only processes withdrawals to the mobile banking account registered under your name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted. Verification may be required before your first withdrawal is processed.

Bonuses Have Wagering Requirements

All malbat bonuses and promotions are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. The specific requirements are stated in each offer. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting requirements will result in forfeiture.

Fraud and Abuse Will Close Your Account

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the malbat website at malbat.club, downloading the malbat app, or creating a malbat account, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to be bound by them. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and malbat. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the malbat platform.

These terms apply to all malbat services including but not limited to crash games, live dealer games, fishing games, virtual sports, and any other games or features made available on the malbat platform now or in the future. They apply regardless of whether you access malbat via desktop browser, mobile browser or the malbat app.

2 Eligibility

To register and use a malbat account you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active:

  • You must be at least 18 years of age.
  • You must be accessing malbat from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by local law.
  • You must not be a current employee, contractor or close family member of a malbat employee or contractor.
  • You must not have previously had a malbat account closed for breach of these terms.
  • You must be acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.

Malbat reserves the right to request documentation to verify eligibility at any time. This may include a copy of a national ID card, passport or other government-issued identification. Accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed will be suspended pending verification.

Age Verification: Malbat takes underage gambling seriously. Any account found to be registered by a person under 18 will be closed immediately and all funds will be handled in accordance with applicable regulations.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Accurate Information

When registering a malbat account you must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number and any other information requested during the registration process. Providing false information is a breach of these terms and will result in account closure.

3.2 One Account Per Player

Each individual is permitted to hold one malbat account only. If malbat identifies that a player holds more than one account, all duplicate accounts will be closed. Balances in duplicate accounts may be forfeited. If you believe a duplicate account has been created in your name without your knowledge, contact malbat support immediately.

3.3 Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your malbat login credentials secure. Do not share your password with anyone. Malbat will never ask for your password via email, chat or phone. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, change your password immediately and contact malbat support. Malbat is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to keep credentials secure.

3.4 Account Verification

Malbat may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing your first withdrawal or at any other time. Verification typically requires a copy of a valid government-issued ID and may include proof of address or proof of payment method. Malbat will process verification requests as quickly as possible and will notify you of the outcome within 24 hours in most cases.

4 Deposits and Payments

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

Malbat currently supports deposits via bKash, Nagad and Rocket. These are the only accepted deposit methods. Malbat does not accept deposits via international bank transfer, credit card or any other method not listed in your account dashboard. Supported methods may change over time and the current list is always shown in your malbat account.

4.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount on malbat is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit, however malbat reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large deposits as part of its anti-money laundering obligations.

4.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad or Rocket are credited to your malbat wallet instantly in the vast majority of cases. If a deposit does not appear in your malbat balance within 15 minutes, contact malbat support with your transaction reference number and the support team will investigate.

4.4 Deposit Fees

Malbat does not charge any fees on deposits. Your mobile banking provider may apply their own transaction charges — these are outside malbat's control and are not reimbursed by malbat.

All deposits must come from a payment account registered in your own name. Malbat does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Deposits received from unverified third-party sources will be returned and the account may be suspended.

5 Withdrawals

5.1 Withdrawal Methods

Withdrawals are processed to the same mobile banking account used for deposits and registered under your verified name. Malbat does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

5.2 Minimum Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount on malbat is ৳200. Withdrawal requests below this amount will not be processed.

5.3 Processing Time

Malbat targets a withdrawal processing time of under 10 minutes for verified accounts during normal operating hours. During periods of high volume, processing may take up to 2 hours. If your withdrawal has not been received within 2 hours, contact malbat support with your withdrawal reference.

5.4 Withdrawal Fees

Malbat does not charge withdrawal fees. Your mobile banking provider's standard transaction fees may apply and are not covered by malbat.

5.5 Withdrawal Conditions

Malbat reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending completion of identity verification, review of account activity, or investigation of a suspected breach of these terms. Malbat will notify you if a withdrawal is placed on hold and will aim to resolve the matter within 5 business days.

Important: Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Attempting to withdraw funds that have not met wagering requirements will result in the bonus portion being forfeited.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotions offered by malbat are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general terms, the specific promotion terms take precedence for that promotion only.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all malbat bonuses carry a wagering requirement. This means the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered a specified number of times before any winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each bonus is clearly stated when the bonus is offered.

6.3 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are available to eligible malbat players as defined in each promotion. Malbat reserves the right to exclude players from specific promotions at its discretion, including where there is evidence of bonus abuse or where a player has previously breached these terms.

6.4 Bonus Abuse

Malbat monitors bonus usage across all accounts. Behaviour that constitutes bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using low-risk betting strategies to clear wagering requirements, or coordinating with other players — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in account closure.

6.5 Expiry

Bonuses that are not used or wagering requirements that are not met within the stated validity period will expire automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

7 Game Rules and Fair Play

7.1 Game Outcomes

All games on the malbat platform use certified random number generation (RNG) to determine outcomes. Game results are independent of previous rounds and cannot be predicted or influenced by any player action outside of the game mechanics. The published return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game represents the theoretical long-term average and does not guarantee any specific outcome in any individual session.

7.2 Technical Errors

In the event of a technical error that affects a game round — including server disconnection, display errors or incorrect payout calculations — malbat reserves the right to void the affected round and return the stake to the player's account. Malbat will not honour payouts that result from a technical malfunction. If you experience a technical issue during a game, contact malbat support immediately with the game name, round ID and time of the issue.

7.3 Game-Specific Rules

Each game on malbat has its own rules which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of any game before placing a bet. Malbat support can assist with general questions but cannot override game outcomes based on a player's misunderstanding of the rules.

Malbat's crash games, including Monster Crash, use a provably fair algorithm. The multiplier for each round is determined before the round begins and cannot be altered after bets are placed.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the malbat platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension and may result in permanent closure and forfeiture of balances:

  • Using automated software, bots or scripts to place bets or interact with the platform.
  • Exploiting software bugs, glitches or errors to gain an unfair advantage.
  • Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or share information in live games.
  • Using a VPN or proxy to circumvent geographic restrictions or account limitations.
  • Registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once.
  • Using funds derived from illegal activity on the malbat platform.
  • Attempting to launder money through deposits and withdrawals.
  • Threatening, harassing or abusing malbat staff or other players.
  • Providing false identity information during registration or verification.

Anti-Money Laundering: Malbat is committed to preventing money laundering and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities where required. All accounts are subject to transaction monitoring.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

9.1 Suspension by Malbat

Malbat reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time where there is a suspected breach of these terms, a legal or regulatory requirement to do so, or where malbat determines that continued operation of the account poses a risk to the platform or other players. Malbat will notify the account holder of a suspension where it is safe and appropriate to do so.

9.2 Closure by the Player

You may request closure of your malbat account at any time by contacting malbat support. Before closing your account, any pending withdrawals will be processed and any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

9.3 Dormant Accounts

An account that has had no login activity for 12 consecutive months is considered dormant. Malbat will attempt to contact the account holder before applying a monthly dormancy fee of ৳50 to cover administrative costs. The account holder may reactivate the account at any time by logging in, at which point no further dormancy fees will apply.

10 Responsible Gaming

Malbat is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire player base. The platform provides a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion. 11 Privacy and Data

Malbat collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at malbat.club/privacy-policy. By registering a malbat account you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy forms part of these Terms and Conditions and should be read alongside them.

Malbat uses industry-standard encryption to protect all personal and financial data. Account data is never sold to third parties. Data may be shared with regulatory authorities, payment processors and fraud prevention services where required by law or necessary for the operation of the platform.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, malbat's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Malbat is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data or loss of opportunity, whether arising from use of the platform, inability to access the platform, game outcomes, technical errors or any other cause.

Malbat does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability. Malbat will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where possible.

13 Changes to These Terms

Malbat reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, malbat will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the malbat platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

The current version of the malbat Terms and Conditions is always available at malbat.club/terms-conditions. The date at the top of this page reflects when the terms were last updated. If you do not agree with any changes, you should close your account before the changes take effect.
