Go to malbat.club/register and fill in your mobile number and a password. That's it — your account is active straight away. You don't need to verify an email address or upload any documents just to register. Once you're in, you can make your first deposit and start playing any malbat game immediately.

No. Each player is allowed one malbat account only. Creating multiple accounts is a violation of the malbat Terms and Conditions and can result in all accounts being suspended and balances forfeited. If you've forgotten your login details, use the password reset option rather than creating a new account.

Deposits & Payments

If you lose your internet connection mid-round, the game continues on the server. For crash games like Monster Crash, if you had an active bet and didn't cash out before the crash, the round result stands as it would have without the disconnection. For live casino games in WL Live, the hand or round plays out normally. Reconnect as quickly as possible to see the result. The malbat app supports Android 5.0 and above. Most Android phones sold in Bangladesh in the last five years will run the app without any issues. If you're on a very old device running Android 4.x, use the malbat website in your mobile browser instead — it works just as well on any modern browser.

First, try closing the app completely and reopening it. If it still crashes, clear the app cache: go to Settings → Apps → malbat → Storage → Clear Cache. If the problem continues, uninstall the app and download the latest version from the App page. Make sure you have a stable internet connection — the malbat app requires at least a 3G/4G connection to run properly.

Security & Account Safety

Malbat uses encrypted connections (HTTPS) for all data transmitted between your device and the platform. Your password is stored in hashed form — malbat staff cannot see it. Suspicious login attempts trigger automatic security alerts. You can also set up additional security measures in your account settings. Always use a strong, unique password and never share your login details with anyone.

Change your password immediately using the "Forgot Password" option on the login page. Then contact malbat support via live chat and report the suspected unauthorised access. The support team can review your account activity, lock the account temporarily if needed and help you secure it. Do not share your new password with anyone, including people claiming to be malbat staff.

This is important: malbat support staff will never ask for your account password, your bKash/Nagad PIN or your OTP verification code.
